NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT ANTHONY PHILIP DAVID BICK & KERRIE JEAN BICK has applied to Thurrock Borough Council for a sex establishment licence to use the premises known as Bissy-B, Unit 7, Breach Road, Thurrock Business Centre, West Thurrock, Essex RM20 3NR as a sex shop. Anyone wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing to the Head of Regulation, Thurrock Borough Council, Civic Offices, New Road, Grays Thurrock, Essex RM17 6SL within 28 days. Persons objecting to the grant of the licence should be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before the Commitee of the Council.
