Notice is hereby given that we, Durham Gin Ltd, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as DURHAM DISTILLERY, 30/31 HIGH STREET, PRINCE BISHOPS, DURHAM. DH1 3UL for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: - The sale by retail of alcohol (on & off sales) and indoor recorded music from 10:00 - 20:30 Monday to Thursday, 10:00 - 23:30 Friday & Saturday and 12:00 - 17:30 Sunday. Live music (indoors) from 16:00 - 23:00 Friday, 12:00 - 23:00 Saturday and 12:00 - 17:00 Sunday. Hours for sale of alcohol to be extended to 01:00 on Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Lumiere event, Book Festival event and up to 5 additional events per year. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
