We Bistro On The Quay of Burnham On Crouch, hereby give notice that we have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of Bistro On The Quay (formerly The Quayside Café), The Quay, Burnham On Crouch CM0 8AT as follows:- This is a new application to request a premises licence for: The sale of alcoholic drinks to consume on premises or take away From the hours of 8am - 11pm Monday - Sunday No other changes are applied for other than those listed above. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL or by emailing licensing@Maldon.gov.uk by not later than 26th August 2019. The full application can be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.30pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). IT IS AN OFFENCE knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine on summary conviction.
