Notice is hereby given that I Shafqat Ali have applied on 09/08/2019 to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence for 678A Walmersley Road, Bury BL9 6RN to allow the sale and supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday- Sunday 8:00-23:00 including Bank Holidays 8:00-23:00 Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
