I Anthony Hutton Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at: 39 Blackwellgate, Darlington, DL1 5HW and known as: Mr Hutton's Barber & Bar. The application is to: Authorise the sale of Alcohol on and off the premises from 18.00 to 00.00 Monday to Saturday, 18.00 to 23.30 Sunday. Recorded music 18.00 to 00.00 Monday to Sunday. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL1 5QT by 29th April 2015. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
