I Saeed Khattir hereby give notice that an application for a Premises Licence Ceasars Pizza House, 9 Fielden Street, Blackburn BB1 1LQ. The application is for Late Night Refreshment Sunday - Thursday 11p.m. - 12 Midnight and Fri and Sat 11p.m. to 3a.m. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representation in writing to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Licensing Section, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn, BB1 2LX. The application can be viewed at the Licensing Section or www.blackburn.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
