In the County Court at Southend No.14 of 2019 TAKE NOTICE THAT a Bankruptcy Petition in respect of the above-named Mr. Davies (t/a Assured Roofing) was presented to the County Court at Southend on 22 February 2019 by An Nguyen, the petitioning Creditor. On 30 July 2019 the Court made an Order for Substituted Service of the Bankruptcy Petition, which provided that advertising the petition by means of this advertisement, together with the following : 1. Texting a link to the petition and supporting documents to the debtor on his known mobile numbers; 2. Emailing a copy of the petition and supporting documents to the debtor on his last known email address; and 3. Posting a link to the petition and supporting documents on the websites, Yelll and Linked in, on the debtor’s trade pages. Would be treated as good service from the day following the execution of the above. The said Petition will be heard at the County Court at Southend, Tylers House, Tylers Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 2AW on 3 September 2019 at 10:00 am. Date: 14 August 2019
