Notice is hereby given that on 30 July 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Editworks Scotland Limited, having its registered office at The Hub, 70 Pacific Quay, Glasgow G51 1DZ,

craving the court, inter alia, that Editworks Scotland Limited having their registered office at The Hub,

70 Pacific Quay,Glasgow G51 IDZ ("the Company") be wound up by the Court and that a Provisional Liquidator and an i nteri m li qui dator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor

dated 30 July 20I9 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff

Court at Glasgow, within eight days

after intimation, advertisement or

service; all of which notice is here-

by given, and meantime, appointed

Keith Veitch Anderson, Insolvency Practitioner, MLM CPS Limited, 4th Floor, 100 West Regent Street,

Glasgow G2 2QD to be provisional liquidator of the said company and

authorised him to exercise the

powers contained in Parts II and III

of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3

months only from 30 July 20I9 or

until the appointment of an Interim

Liquidator to the Company,
