THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. I Marlow Parish) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order, 2019 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding in that length of Public Footpath No. 1 Marlow Parish from Link MAW/1/4.along Thames Path From A SU 859 860 (Road Bridge Marlow) to B SU 867 862 (Parish Boundary Little Marlow) for 1,017 metres. No convenient alternative route is available. The closure is required in the interest of public safety whilst repair works to the Thames Path National Trail surface is carried out. The Order will come into operation on 10th August 2019 as signed, with amaximum duration of 6months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 40 Lacey Green Parish) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order, 2019 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding in that length of Public Footpath No. 40 Lacey Green Parish from entire length of Public Footpath No. 40 Lacey Green from the junction of Chapel Hill to the junction of Public Footpath No. 25 Hughenden. Alternative route is via the existing public highway or via Lacey Green No. 39. The closure is required in the interest of public safety in order to facilitate the construction ofadwelling. The Order will come into operation on 19 August 2019, as signed, with amaximum duration of 6months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council A404 north bound slip road, High Wycombe. (Temporary Speed Restriction) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding over the temporary speed limit of50mph on A404 north bound slip road from junction of A404 up the slip road to the Westhorpe Interchange roundabout. The closure is required In order to facilitate anon-intrusive topographical and utilities surveys. The existing slip road is two lanes and is subject to national speed limit. To provide asafe area for the operatives to carry out the surveys it is necessary to limit the passing traffic to asingle lane. Combined with the lane one closure a50mph speed limit will be imposed. This will reduce the speed of vehicles, thereby reducing the possibility of an accident it will also allow for areduced safety zone forthe workforce. Phase One (19th August -22nd August) will be for Topographical Surveys Phase Two (27th August- 30th August) will be for Utility and Ecological surveys take place commencing on 19 August between 21:30 and 05:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 19 August 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 09 August 2019
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (High Street, Marlow in the Parish ofMarlow CP) (TemporaryProhibition ofThrough Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in High Street for adistance ofapproximately 80 metres. Alternative route: West Street, Henley Road, Pound Lane. The closure is required whilst new water connection works take place commencing on 19 August 2019 between 21:00 and 05:00. Works will be at night onlybetween 21:00-05:00 and the closure to be lifted each dayat 05:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 19 August 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Dolesden Lane, Northend Road, Holloway Lane. The closure is required whilst Thames Water repair to main in the carriageway works take place commencing on 19 August 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 19 August 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Little Hampden Road, Little Hampden in the Parish of Great and Little Hampden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Little Hampden Road from junction of Rignall Road for adistance of approximately 400 metres. The closure is required whilst BT Openreach works to access overhead cablingworks take place commencing on 15 August 2019 between 09:00 and 15:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 15 August 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
