(Roman Way & Roman Way Eastern Access, Billericay) (Borough of Basildon) (Parking and Waiting) Amendment No. 107 Order 201*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To revoke the existing 'Permit M Holders Only At Any Time' restrictions on Roman Way Eastern Access, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon (Existing Eastern Parking Area): In the south east corner of the Parking area and to the north west of No.9a. Northwards for 3.2 metres and westwards for 4.8 metres.
2. To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following lengths of road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, this will replace any existing No Waiting Monday - Friday, 11am - 12pm restrictions within the below locations:

BOTH SIDES: From a point approximately 6.3 metres north of the northern kerb line of Roman Way Eastern Access, in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 29.3 metres to the end of the road.

BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Roman Way  in a general south easterly direction for a direction of approximately 14.7 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Basildon District) (Parking and Waiting) Consolidation Order 2008 by substituting tile number TQ670 937 revision 3 to revision 4.

SOUTH SIDE: From its junction with the eastern extended kerbline of Great Berry Farm Chase, east for a distance of approximately 4.2 metres.
NORTH SIDE: From a point in line with boundary of No.196 Great Berry Lane, east for a distance of approximately 12.8 metres.

WEST SIDE: From its junction with the centre line of Great Berry Lane, south for a distance of  approximately 4 metres (line length of approximately 8.3 metres along the kerbline)
EAST SIDE: From its junction with Great Berry Lane, south for a distance of approximately 1.6 metres.

NORTH SIDE: From a point approximately 16.2 metres east from its junction with the eastern extended kerbline of Rosecroft Close, east for a distance of approximately 12.2 metres.
SOUTH SIDE: From a point approximately 16.2 metres east from its junction with the eastern extended kerbline of Rosecroft Close, east for a distance of approximately 10.7 metres.
EAST SIDE: From its junction with the southern kerbline of Little Berry Lane to the northern kerbline of Little Berry Lane, a distance of approximately 6.8 metres (in the vicinity of property no.11 and no.4).
