The Chesswell Limited have appealed against the London Borough of Waltham Forest enforcement notice

1. Without planning permission, the building works to convert the existing self-contained flat located on the first and second floor levels into five one bedroomed self-contained flats.



2. Without planning permission, the material change of use of the existing self-contained flat located on the first and second floor levels into five one bedroomed self-contained flats ('the unauthorised conversion')



The Secretary of State has arranged for a Public Inquiry to be held on Tuesday 03 September 2019 at 10.00 at The Magistrate, 1 Farnan Avenue, Walthamstow, London E17 4NX

An inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions under paragraph 1 (1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend at the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeal.
