Notice is hereby given that on 8th July 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that Pride of The Clyde Coaches Limited, with its Registered Office at 25 Sandyford Place, Glasgow, G3 7NG be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocu­tor dated 9th July 2019 ordained the said Pride of the Clyde Coaches

Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show

cause why the prayer of the Petition

should not be granted, to lodge

Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within

8 days after intimation, service or

advertisement.
