THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Whielden Lane, Winchmore Hill in the Parish of Penn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Whielden Lane continuing for adistance of 120 metres. Alternative route: Whielden Lane, Penn Street, New Road, Amersham Road. The closure is required whilst Cabling works take place commencing on 5August 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5August 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 02 August 2019

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (White Hill, Ashley Green in the Parish of Ashley Green CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in White Hill for adistance of approximately 450 metres. Alternative route: Village Road, Grove Lane, Rushmere Lane, Two Dells Lane, Chesham Road, Whitehill Road. The closure is required whilst access to overhead cabling works take place commencing on 5August 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5August 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Martinsend Lane, Station Approach, High Street, Rignall Road. The closure is required whilst New water connection works take place commencing on 5August 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5August 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Gorelands Lane, Chalfont St Giles in the Parish ofChalfont St. Giles CP) (Temporary Prohibition ofThrough Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Gorelands Lane for adistance of approximately 88 metres. Alternative route: Nightingales Lane, Deadhearn Lane. The closure is required whilst works in the carriageway and anew gas connection take place commencing on 05 August 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 05 August 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The BuckinghamshireCounty Council (Public Footpath No.9 (Part) Parish of Lane End) Public Path Diversion Order 2018 confirmed on 17 July 2019 diverts the public footpath from SU79012-92519 Sfor 80m to SU79003-92440 then SE for 20m to SU79014-92424, to alinerunning from SU79018-92519 SSE for 38m to SU79028-92483 then SSW for 44m to SU79020-92436 then Wfor 12m to SU79013-92430 then Sfor 8m to SU79014-92424. Full details of the Order are available at County Hall, Aylesbury and High Wycombe Library, Eden Place during normal opening hours. Copies ofthe Order may be purchased from the County Council at acost of £5.00. The Order came into force on 17 July 2019. If you believe this Order is invalid because it does not comply with the legal requirements, you can apply to the High Court within 6weeks from the date on which this notice is first published (2 August 2019) to challenge it.

The closure is required whilst Affinity Water new connection works take place commencing on 12 August 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 12 August 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Chesham Lane, Kings Ash in the Parish ofThe Lee CP) (TemporaryProhibition ofThrough Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Chesham Lane for adistance of approximately 1434 metres. Alternative route: Chesham Lane, Rocky Lane, London Road, Aylesbury Road, Missenden Bypass, Frith Hill, Potter Row, Kings Lane, The Lee To Kings Lane, Lee Clump Road, Swan Bottom Road. The closure is required whilst BT Openreach Tree cutting works to access overhead cabling works take place commencing on 12 August 2019 between 09:30 and 15:30. Road will be open daily at 15:30 The proposed Order will come into operation on 12 August 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 1Marlow Parish) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order, 2019 under Section 14(1) ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding in that length ofPublic Footpath No. 1Marlow Parish from Link MAW/1/4.along Thames Path From A SU 859 860 (Road Bridge Marlow) to B SU 867 862 (Parish Boundary Little Marlow) for 1,017 metres. No convenient alternative route is available. The closure is required in the interest ofpublic safety whilst repair works to the Thames Path National Trail surface is carried out. The Order will come into operation on 10th August 2019 as signed, with amaximum duration of6months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
