Fulford Golf Club has applied to the Secretary of Sate for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry our building works on West Moor Fulford Common. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State. The proposed works are: (1) to remove the existing buggy and cart store complete. (2) Erect a new structure purposed built to house additional buggy requirements. (3) Total area of development is 90m2 some 29.62 greater in area than the original. (4) The total length of the building is 20m. The works will be located between the existing carpark and Heslington Lane incorporating the existing building area.
