LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AND HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton made the following Orders on 29 July 2019 under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended -
(a) The Sutton (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. 15) Order 2019; and
(b) The Sutton (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 15) Order 2019.
2. The general effect of the Orders will introduce the following:-
(a) 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions double yellow lines and kerb markings in the Brighton Road at its junction with Chiltern Road and Cotswold Road; and
(b) amend the map-based tiles to the schedule attached to The Sutton (Charged-For Parking Places) Order 2017 and to The Sutton (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) Order 2017 to match conditions as they exist on site.
3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 12 August 2019 and of the Orders that will be revoked or amended by these Orders, the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders and plans showing the locations and the effects of the Orders may be inspected at the Council's Environment, Housing and Regeneration Offices at 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday to Friday.
4. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984 or of any instrument made under the said Act of 1984 has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
Note: Persons responding to the Orders should be aware that the Council may be legally obliged to disclose the information provided to third parties

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton made the following Orders on 29 July 2019 under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended -
(a) The Sutton (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. 17) Order 2019; and
(b) The Sutton (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 17) Order 2019.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:-
(a) provide double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions across the entrance of Mulberry Mews extending either side to outside No. 2 and Bonnington, Ross Road, Wallington; and
(b) amend the map-based tiles to the schedule attached to the Sutton (Charged-For Parking Places) Order 2017 and to the Sutton (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) Order 2017 so as to more accurately represent the existing layout to match conditions as they exist on site.
Note: there will be no change to the restrictions as currently marked and signed on-street as a result of this amendment
Please note that the proposal advertised on 11 April 2019 [Order Reference SuttMap1067] for item numbers (c) and (d) listed below has been abandoned.
(c) prohibit vehicles, except pedal cycles, from entering that part of Wordsworth Road in an easterly direction from the common boundary of Nos. 12 and 14 Wordsworth Road; and
(d) provide double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions:-
(i) in Sandy Lane South at its junction with Foresters Drive and Wordsworth Road.
(ii) extend double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions outside No. 1 b Waterer Rise.
3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 5 August 2019 and of the Orders that will be revoked or amended by these Orders, the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders and
plans showing the locations and the effects of the Orders may be inspected at the Council's Environment, Housing and Regeneration Offices at 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday to Friday.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton made the following Orders on 29 July 2019 under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 84 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended -
(a) The Sutton (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. 16) Order 2019; and
(b) The Sutton (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 16) Order 2019.
2. The principal objectives of the Orders will introduce disabled bays to provide a parking facility for disabled persons where a high level of parking makes reasonable means of access difficult and revoke those parking bays that are no longer required.
3. The general effect of the Orders will:-
(a) provide a new disabled person's parking place 6.6 metres in length, in which vehicles displaying a disabled person's badge may park at any time, outside No. 11 Westmead Corner, Carshalton (fully on the footway); and
(b) revoke existing disabled persons parking places at the following locations:-
(i) opposite No. 13 Capel Avenue, Wallington;
(ii) outside No. 118c and No. 118d Culvers Avenue, Carshalton (will revert back to a footway parking bay);
(iii) outside No. 53 Danescourt Crescent, Sutton;
(iv) outside Nos. 25 to 30 Denmark Gardens, Carshalton;
(v) outside No. 131 Garendon Road, Morden;
(vi) outside No. 3 Leafield Road, Sutton;
(vii) outside No. 26 to No. 27 Queen's Road, Wallington; and
(viii)outside No. 110 Wigmore Road, Carshalton (will revert back to a footway parking bay).
4. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
GREEN LANE AREA, WORCESTER PARK
1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice that in order to facilitate gas main replacement works and because these works are being executed on or near the carriageway it made an Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.
2. The Order will come into effect on Monday 5 August 2019 with works expected to take 5 months to complete. However, the Order will remain in force for 9 months to be re-introduced should further works be required.
3. Whilst the works are taking place and the appropriate traffic signs are displayed the Order will temporarily in the following roads:-
? prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering Green Lane, Worcester Park at its junction with Central Road;
? prohibit all vehicular traffic including pedal cycles from entering or exiting Lincoln Road at its junction with Green Lane; and
? introduce waiting restrictions - 'no waiting at any time' and loading restrictions - 'no loading at any time' (including suspension of parking bays) on both sides in
o Green Lane, Worcester Park on both sides between its junctions with Central Road and Sherbrooke Way;
o Lincoln Road between its junction with Green Lane and the common boundary of Nos. 22 and 24 Lincoln Road;
o Pembury Avenue between its junction with Green Lane and the flank wall of Nos. 2b Pembury Avenue; and
o Longfellow Road between its junction with Green Lane and the front property wall of No. 92 Green Lane.
Please note that the restrictions will be carried out in phases as the works progress along Green Lane, Worcester Park.
4. An alternative route for vehicular traffic will be for:-
? Green Lane, Worcester Park via Central Road, Caldbeck Avenue, Browning Avenue, Longfellow Road and Green Lane; and
? Lincoln Road via Green Lane, Longfellow Road, and vice versa.
5. Any vehicle that is in contravention of the temporary waiting & loading restrictions at a time when these restrictions apply will be removed to an alternative location in accordance with the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986
6. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice that in order to facilitate gas main replacement works and because these works are being executed on or near the carriageway it intends to make an Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.
2. The Order will come into effect on Monday 26 August 2019, with works expected to take 6 months to complete. However the Order will remain in force for 12 months to be re-introduced should further works be required.
3. When the works are taking place and the appropriate traffic signs are displayed the Order will temporarily:-
? close
o Harrow Road between its junctions with Banstead Road and Oxford Road;
o Hill Road; and
? introduce waiting restrictions - 'no waiting at any time' and loading restrictions - 'no loading at any time' (including suspension of parking bays) in
o Harrow Road between its junction with Banstead Road and Oxford Road;
o Hill Road; and
o Park Hill between its junction with Carshalton Park Road and No. 90 Park Hill
Please note that the restrictions will be carried out in phases as the works progresses and the works area will be cleared for 1 day for the holding of the 'Banstead Yulefest' on 6 December 2019.
4. An alternative route for vehicular traffic whilst the closures are for in force will be for:-
? Harrow Road, via Banstead Road, Cambridge Road, Wales Avenue, Oxford Road and vice versa; and
? Hill Road, via Banstead Road, Park Hill and vice versa.
5. Any vehicle that is in contravention of the temporary waiting & loading restrictions at a time when these restrictions apply will be removed to an alternative location in accordance with the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
6. Vehicles access to properties adjacent to the prohibited length of road will be maintained at all times insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
7. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
