Public Path Orders Highways Act 1980 Section 119 and 118 Footpaths 4, 5,10 And 16 Lambourne District of Epping Forest
Order aremade for the above paths under the Highways Act, 1980. All paths areproposed to be diverted apart from asection of Footpath 5 which is not needed for public use.
Apart length of Footpath 4Lambourne commencing from grid reference 54830,19710 whereitconnects to Footpath 5Lambourne and running in an easterly direction across the field for atotal distance of 160 metres to grid reference 54845,19711 will be diverted to anew route commencing at the same above starting point and running in an east south easterly direction along the existing track for adistanceof160 metres to grid reference 54845,19708 then in anortherly direction for afinal distance of 28 metres to the above point of termination whereitcontinues unaffected. Apart length of Footpath 5commencing from grid reference 54830,19710 and running in asouth easterly direction across the field and garden to Patch Park Farm for adistance of 235 metres to grid reference 54843,19691 is proposed to be diverted to anew route starting from grid reference 54845,19708 and running in asoutherly direction in the field adjacent to the hardsurface for adistance of 172 metres to the same above termination point whereitcontinues unaffected. Afurther length of Footpath 5Lambourne commencing from grid reference 54834,19664 and running in asouth westerly then asoutherly direction across the field for adistance of 444 metres to whereitconnects to Footpath 10 Lambourne is proposed to be diverted to anew route commencing at the same above starting point and running in agenerally westerly direction along the field boundary for adistanceof270 metres to grid reference 54807 at Church Lane then continuing in agenerally south westerly direction along the field boundary and parallel with the lane for afinal distance of 305 metres to grid reference 54794,19638 whereit connects to Church Lane.
Apart length of Footpath 10 commencing from grid reference 54797,19618 east of Church Lane running in anorth easterly direction across the field for adistance of 200 metres to grid reference 54814,19627 at the north west corner of Mutton Corner will be diverted to anew route commencing at the same above point and running in asoutherly then an east north easterly direction along an existing track for atotal distance of approximately 194 metres to grid reference 54811,19614 whereitconnects to Footpath 5Lambourne.
Apart length of Footpath 16 commencing from grid reference 54796,19549 on the west side of apond running in anorth north westerly direction across the field for atotal distance of approximately 246 metres to grid reference 54790,19575 at the field boundary ,isproposed to be diverted to anew route commencing at the aforementioned above point and running in anorth easterly then an easterly direction along the field boundary for adistance of 66 metres to grid reference 54802,19550 then continuing in agenerally northerly direction along the field boundary then a north north westerly direction for adistance of 188 metres to grid reference 54796,19568 whereitconnects to Footpath 5Lambourne. The path then continues in anorth northwesterly direction along the field boundary for a further distance of 90 metres to grid reference 54793,19576 then in awest south westerly direction along the field boundary for afinal distance of 23 metres to whereitcontinues unaffected.
As aresult of the above diversion of Footpath 16 apart length of Footpath 5Lambourne starting from whereitconnects to Footpath 16 Lambourne at grid reference 54794,19559 and running in anorth north easterly direction for adistance of 98 metres to grid reference 54797,195768 at the field boundary will become adead end path and thereforewillbeextinguished as not need for public use.

Notice of Making of an Order Highways Act 1980 - Section 119 and 118 Footpaths 2,16, 34, 52, 54 and 86 Waltham Abbey District of Epping Forest Public Path Orders 2019
The above Orders made on 10th July,2019 will divert Footpaths 2, 16, 52, 54 and 86 and extinguish Footpath 34 as not needed for public use in the Parish of Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest. Apart length of Footpath 2commencingfromgridreference 53759,20264 whereitconnects to Footpath 7Waltham Abbey and running in asouth westerly direction, then asouth south westerly direction across the lake for adistance of 850 metres to grid reference 53727,20194 then continuing in asouth westerly direction across the lake for afurther distance of 240 metres to the footbridge at grid reference 53704,20185, will be diverted to anew route commencing at the same above point and running in asouth then south westerly then southerly direction all along the existing surfaced track for adistance of 830 metres to grid reference 53734,20194, then in a south westerly direction continuing along the track for afurther distance of 320 metres to grid reference 53709,20174 whereitconnects to Footpath 16.
Apart length of Footpath 16 commencing from grid reference 53727,20194 and running in asouth southwesterly then bendingtoa south westerly direction for adistance of 270 metres to grid reference 53707,20175 whereitconnects to the existing track will be diverted to a new route commencing from this point and running in asouth easterly then southerly direction along the existing track for adistanceof100 metres to the aforementioned grid reference 53704,20185. Afurther length of Footpath 16 commencing from grid reference 53759,20171 and running in agenerally south easterly direction, for adistanceof860 metres to grid reference 53751,20098 will be diverted to anew route commencing at the same above point and running in asoutherly bending to south easterly direction along the existing surfaced track for adistanceof590 metres to grid reference 53744,20132, then in asouth southeasterly direction continuing along the track parallel with and on the west side of the Horsemill Stream for afurther distance of 334 metres to the same above point whereitcontinues unaffected. Afurther part length of Footpath 16 commencing from grid reference 53755,20073 and running in asouth south easterly direction across the river for adistanceof194 metres to grid
reference 53763,20056 whereitconnects to Station Road will be diverted to anew route commencing at the same above point and running in a south south westerly then south south easterly direction along the existing track for adistance of 200 metres to grid reference 53756,20155 whereit connects to Station Road.
Apart length of Footpath 52 commencing from grid reference 54044,20214 and running in an east south easterly direction through a building at Fourways Nursery for adistance of 90 metres to grid reference 54053,20213 will be diverted to anew route commencing at the same above point and running in asouth south easterly then an east north easterly and then asouth south easterly direction for adistance of 27 metres to grid reference 54045,20213 then continuing in agenerally easterly direction parallel with the bank of the ditch to the south for a further distance of 75 metres to the same above point whereitcontinues unaffected.
Apart length of Footpath 54 commencing from grid reference 54027,20044 and running in an east south easterly direction through the allotment gardens and aresidential property for adistance of 206 metres to grid reference 54047,20040 will be diverted to anew route commencing at the same above point and running in agenerally easterly then an east north easterly direction for adistance of 88 metres to grid reference 54035,20044 then continuing in an east south easterly direction for a further distance of 125 metres to the same above point whereitcontinues unaffected.
Apart length of Footpath 86 commencing from grid reference 53819,19697 on the south side of Daws Hill Road and running in a generally south south easterly direction, cutting across the west side of the existing lake, for adistance of 480 metres grid reference 53832,19652 will be diverted to anew route commencing at the same above point and running in an east south easterly direction parallel to Daws Hill Road for a distance of 175 metres to grid reference 53835,19690 then in asoutherly direction along the west side of the existing hedge for afurther distance of 378 metres to the same above point Cwhere it continues unaffected. The entirelength of Footpath 34 Waltham Abbey will be extinguished as not needed for public use. It commences from whereitadjoins the highway known as Pick Hill at grid reference 54009,20129 andrunning in a south south easterly then asouth south westerly and finally agenerally southerly direction across the buildings and gardens of several residences for atotal distance of 140 metres to grid reference 54007,20117 whereit connects to the junction of roadswhereBarnes Wayjoins HarriesCourt. Acopy of the Orders andOrder Maps have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Epping District Council, Civic Offices, High Street, Epping and at CountyHall, Chelmsfordduring normal working hours. (Forest Road, Loughton) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.26) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53and Parts III andIVofSchedule 9ofthe Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To replace the existing 'Permit Holders Only -Mon-Sat 8am-6pm Zone L3' restriction with 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction on the following length of Forest Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest:

Road Description

Forest Road, BOTH SIDES: From apoint approximately 23.5 metres Loughton north west of the north westernpropertyboundary of
number 155, in anorth westerndirection for approximately
26.4 metres.
2. To introduce 'Permit Holders Only -Mon-Sat 8am-6pm Zone L3' restriction on the following length of Forest Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest (no changes on the ground, this is purely apaper exercise):

Road Description

Forest Road, SOUTH EAST SIDE: fromapoint level with the boundaries Loughton of numbers 170/172 Forest Road to apoint level with the boundaries of numbers 168 170 Forest Road.
Schedule 1&51ii of The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2016 shall be amended as detailed above.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 15 August 2019. Further details: Acopy of the Order and plans may be examined during normal office hours at County Hall, ChelmsfordCM1 1LX. Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of theAct, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relationtothe Order,may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Galleyhill Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Breach Barns Lane for adistance of approximately 250m in asoutherly direction. The closureisscheduled to commence on 6th August 2019 for 2days, or wherestatedonavalid permit (BC005CC1W0006AUGIBYRCJTH -BT).The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is requiredfor the safety of the public and workforce while overhead structureworksare undertaken by BT.
An alternative routeisavailable via Galleyhill Road, Parklands, Paternoster Hill, UpshireRoad, Horseshoe Hill, Long Street,Cobbinsend Road, Claverhambury Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on25thJuly 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Pynest Green Lane, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that theEssexCounty Council intends, not less than sevendays from thedate of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pynest Green Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest from apoint approximately 55m east of its junction with Beech Hill Gardens for adistance of approximately 55m in asoutheasterly direction. The closureisscheduled to commence on 21st August 2019 for 1day,orwherestated on avalid permit (EC30034820202 -UKPower Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closureisrequired for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works areundertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Claypit Hill, Wake Road, Pauls Nursery Road, Manor Road, Church Lane, Reservoir Road, Avey Lane, Pynest Green Laneand vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 8th August 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Pynest Green Lane, Waltham Abbey) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that theEssex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of theRoad Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect ofthe order: To temporarily close that length ofPynest Green Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 135m northeast of its junction with Avey Lane for adistance of approximately 80m in anortheasterly direction. The closureisscheduled to commence on 20th August 2019 for 1day,orwhere stated on avalid permit (EC30034820135 - UKPower Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closureisrequired for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works areundertaken by UK Power Networks.

(Various Roads, Harlow District) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) (Streetworks No.1) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the dateofthisnotice to make theabove Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
To temporarily close thevarious lengths of road in the District of Harlow as specified in thescheduletothisorder. The works being undertaken will takeplace within an 18-month period from 8th August 2019 exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. Access will be maintained for emergency services. The Closures arerequired for the safety of the public and workforce whilst works to safely install Temporary Traffic Management, removal and installation of white lining, resurfacing and carriageway duct crossings. For all enquiries please contact Essex County Council. The Order will come into effect on 8th August 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
