Notice is hereby gven that I, Mr Eshan Teymouri, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as GOLDEN PIZZA 40 FRONT STREET CONSETT DH8 5AQ. A variation is sought to amend the timings for the following proposed licensable activities: Late Night Refreshment (Indoors) Monday to Wednesday 23:00 - 01:00, Thursday to Sunday 23:00 - 05:00. Christmas Eve 23:00 -05:00, New Year Eve 23:00 - 05:00 and New Years Day 23:00 - 05:00. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham.
