The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011 Planning Application Ref: DM/15/00110/FPA

Proposal: Re-development of existing golf course to facilitate the staging of seasonal historical show, including associated car parking area, staging facilities, outdoor seating, management offices and associated infrastructure and landscaping. Site: Flatts Farm, Toronto, Bishop Auckland, County Durham, DL14 7SF. The Applicant, Eleven Arches, submitted a planning application for the above proposal on 14 January 2015 to Durham County Council as the Local Planning Authority. The address of the Local Planning Authority is Durham County Council, Planning Department (South West), Green Lane, Spennymoor, DL16 9BW. The address of the development is provided above and the nature of the proposed development is described above. A copy of the planning application, any accompanying plans and other documents, and a copy of the Environmental Statement may be inspected by members of the public on the Council’s website at www.durham.gov.uk or at Crook Council Offices, Civic Centre Crook during all reasonable hours as follows:- Monday-Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm. The planning application, any accompanying plans and other documents, and a copy of the Environmental Statement may be viewed at Crook Council Offices from 20 April 2015 until at least 11 May 2015.
