Notice is hereby given that 'Hamesh Patel' has applied in respect of '@ M.Y. Convenience, 57 East Street, Colchester’ for a Premises Licence under the Licencing Act 2003 to allow for the Sale of Alcohol between the hours of 5am - 6pm Mon - Sun.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 7th May 2015, to the Licencing Manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licencing Authority, Rowan House, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3WG.

The register of Licencing applications can be inspected online at and between 09:00 and 17:00 Mon - Fri at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Rowan House.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
