Karen Margaret Storey, The Orangery, Settrington Estate, Settrington, Malton, YO17 8NP. Application has been made on the 24th of July 2019 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1. The supply of alcohol each day between the hours of 10:00 and 01:00. 2. The provision of live, recorded music, performance of dance, anything of a similar description to live and recorded music and dance each day between the hours of 10:00 and 01:00. 3. The provision of late night refreshment each day between the hours of 23:00 and 01:00. 4. The premises will not be open to the public, all events will be pre booked and private. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 21st of August 2019). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty unlimited fine.
