Premises Licence Application

NOTICE

Jose Alexandre Nasclmento Marques de Almeida, Is applying for a Premises Licence, for ALEX'S BBQ& TAPAS BAR, 40 Easterner, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6 5AR.

The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place:

The playing of recorded music. The performance of live music. The performance of dance. The provision of late night refreshment.

The sale of alcohol on the premises/ sale of alcohol off the premises, from 22/07/2019, for all days of the week (Monday to Sunday), from 0800 until 0100 hours. Bank Holidays and preceding weekend (Saturday and Sunday), Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Bridgwater Carnival, Open until 02:00 and licensable activities until 02:00

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Unit, Sedgemoor District Council, Bridgwater House, Kings Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Unit, Sedgemoor District Council, Kings Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm, except bank holidays.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is £5000. Date: 22th July 2019._
