Premises Licence Application

Notice

Mr Giulio Fabiano is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for Made In Italy, 3 Blnford Place, Bridgwater, TA6 3NJ. The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place: sale of alcohol on the premises/sale of alcohol off the premises on the following days Mon-Sat, from 09:00 till 22:00. Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must do so in writing to by 15/08/2019 and send it to; Licensing, Environmental Services, Sedgemoor District Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm. Not include bank holidays.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is £5000.
