PREMISES UCENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Durham County Council to vary a premises licence under die above Act on the 24th July 2019. Applicant Shell UK Oil Products Limited. Address of premises: Shell Bowburn, Tursdale Road, Bowburn, Durham, DH6 5NR Proposed variation to the licensable activities: Extend the sale of alcohol hours (consump­tion off the premises) to 00:00 -24:00 each day.
