Application has been made by Whitbread Group PLC to the Licensing Authority of Wiltshire Council for a Premises Licence for the Beefeater & Premier Inn (Proposed) at Leekes of Melksham (Car Park), Beanacre Road, Melksham, SN12 8AG. The application includes the following terms:- 1.To enable the sale of alcohol between 10.00 and 00.30 Monday -

Sunday and to residents in the

hotel 24 hours a day.2.To enable the sale of alcohol for extended hours at Bank Holidays and on

other limited days as specified

in the application. 3. To

enable occasional Regulated

Entertainment (as specified in

the application) and late night
