Premises Licence Application

Application has been made by Greene King Brewing & Retailing Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Wiltshire Council to vary the Premises Licence for The Churchill at Swindon Road, Royal Wootton Bassett, SN4 8ETThe application includes the following terms:- I.To extend the hours for sale by retail of alcohol 10.00-00.30 daily and to enable the sale of alcohol to residents 24 hours a day (to include residents in the proposed Lodge to be constructed on the site). 2.To extend the sale by retail of alcohol on New Year's Eve through to New Year's Day. 3. To enable late night refreshment for the hours of sale by retail of alcohol. 4.To

amend the conditions endorsed on the Licence as more

particularised in the application. 5.To approve the proposed layout of the premises in accordance with the plans deposited with the Licensing Authority. Full details of the Application can be

other person can make written representations to the Licensing

Authority at any time up to and including 21st August 2019
