NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of MerryHill Road, Bushey from its junction with Egerton Close north westwards to its junction with Haydon Dell ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 208 metres. An alternative route will be via MerryHill Road, Victoria Road, RoseberyRoad, School Lane, A411 (High Street/London Road) and MerryHill Road.

The Order is needed because sewer cleaning works are proposed to be executed on or near

the Road.

The Order has beenmade and shall come intoforce on 29 July 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictionsspecified shall only take effectat the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

Acopy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays). LOUDWATER LANE, LOUDWATER) ORDER 2019

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Loudwater Lane, Loudwater from its junction with A404 Chorleywood Road north eastwards, south eastwards and north westwards to its junction with Sarratt Lane ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 1027 metres, except for access.

An alternative route will be via A404 Chorleywood Road, A412 (Park Road/Scots Hill), The Green and Loudwater Lane.

ADDITIONALLYall vehicles are prohibited from waiting at anytime on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF THE BUS/CYCLE LANE SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF A412 ST ALBANS ROAD,WATFORD) ORDER 2019

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984, to prohibit all public service vehicles and pedal cycles from using the bus/cycle lane situated on the east side of A412 St Albans Road, Watford from apoint 7metres south of its junction with Windsor Road southwards for adistance of approximately 65 metres ("the Bus/Cycle Lane"). An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road.

The definition of a'public service vehicle' has the same meaning as in Section 1ofthe Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981.

The definition of a'pedal cycle' means acycle powered only by foot or hand.

The Order is needed because the replacement of existing gas mains is proposed to be executed

on or near the Bus/Cycle Lane.

If the Order is made, it shall come intoforce on 11 August 2019 for aperiodofupto18months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated bysigns on or near the Bus/Cycle Lane.

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Penrose Avenue, Carpenders Park from its junction with By The Wood north eastwards and south eastwards for adistance of approximately 66 metres ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Greenfield Avenue, The Courtway and Penrose Avenue. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near

the Road.

The Order has beenmade and shall come intoforce on 31 July 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictionsspecified shall only take effectat the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

ORDER 2019

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and public bridleway ("the Public Bridleway") will be:-

1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of Roads:-



a) thatlength of Gartlet Road, Watfordfrom its junction with Clarendon Road eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Estcourt Road, adistance of approximately 154 metres.



An alternative route will be via Clarendon Road, St Johns Road and Estcourt Road.

b) thatlength of Ottoman Terrace, Watfordfrom its junction with EburyRoad south westwards for



its entire length.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

c)thatlengthofTolpits Close, Watford from its junction with A4145 Tolpits Lane north westwards

for its entire length.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

d) thatlength of Terrace Gardens, Watford from its junction with A412 St Albans Road north westwards for its entire length.



There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

e) thatlength of Rother Close, Watford from its junction with Severn Waysouth eastwards for its



entire length.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

f) thatlength of Bedford Street, Watford from its junction with A412 St Albans Road north westwards for its entire length.



There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

g) thatlength of Bucknalls Lane, Garston from its junction with Lemonfield Drive north eastwards for adistance of approximately 90 metres.



There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

h) thatlength of Brett Place, Watfordfromits northernmost junction with The Harebreaks south westwards, south eastwards and north eastwards for its entire length.



There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

i) thatlength of Chester Road, Watford from its junction with Harwoods Road north eastwards to its junction with Durban Road East, adistance of approximately 245 metres.



An alternative route will be via Harwoods Road, Whippendell Road and Durban Road East.

2. To prohibit all pedestrians, pedalcycles and equestrian users from using St Stephen Public Bridleway No.008 from its junction with Bucknalls Lane north eastwards and south eastwards



for its entire length.

There is no alternative route available for pedestrians, pedal cycles and equestrian users when the works are being carried out. However pedestrian, pedal cycleand equestrian user access to properties along this Public Bridleway will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

3. The existing one way traffic system on Gartlet Road, Watford from its junction with Clarendon Road eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Estcourt Road, adistance of approximatey 154 metres, will be temporarily suspended to enable all vehicles to travel in both directions within this length of road, whilst works are in progress.



THEHERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OFTHESERVICE ROAD FRONTINGNOS.28-156

DENHAM WAY, MAPLE CROSS) ORDER 2019

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends tomake an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, toprohibit all vehicular traffic from using the service road fronting Nos.28-156 DenhamWay, Maple Cross from apoint103 metres north east of its junctionwith WoodlandRoad northeastwards for adistance of approximately 30 metres ("theRoad"). An alternative route willbevia the serviceroadfronting Nos.28-156 Denham Way, Woodland Road, A412 Denham Wayand the service road fronting Nos.28-156 Denham Way. The Order is needed because the replacement of existing gas mains is proposed tobeexecuted on or near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come intoforceon 12 August 2019 for aperiod of up to18months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near

the Road.

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access:-

1. thatlength of A4145 Vicarage Road, Watford from its junction with A411 Exchange Road south westwards to its junction with A4178 Merton Road, adistance of approximately 215 metres.



An alternative route will be via A411 (Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), A412 (St Albans Road/ Rickmansworth Road) and A4178 (Cassio Road/Merton Road)

or via A4178 (Wiggenhall Road/Deacons Hill), A4125 EastbuiyRoad, and A411 (Lower High Street/ DaltonWay/WaterfieldsWay/Beechen Grove/Exchange Road.

2. thatlength of Smith Street, Watford from its junction with King Street south eastwards to its junction with The Crescent, adistance of approximately 121 metres.



An alternative routewillbevia KingStreet,A411 (Exchange Road/Beechen Grove/Exchange Road), Cambridge Road, GranvilleRoad and The Crescent.

3. thatlength of George Street, Watford from its junction with King Street north westwards to its junction with Church Street, adistance of approximately 85 metres.



There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

4. thatlength of St Marys Road, Watford from its junction with A4178 Merton Road north



eastwards for its entire length.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council in order to improve road safety proposes under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to implement waiting restrictions in parts of Leavesden as specified in the Schedules to this Notice.
