There shall also be amendments to paragraphs 2 and

3 of Annex 3, the new wording shall state:

"2. The premises will employ SIA registered door

staff each Friday and Saturday night and Sunday

of Bank Holiday weekends. The door staff will be

employed from 22:00 until the premises close.

On all other days a dynamic risk assessment will

be conducted and door staff will be appointed as

deemed appropriate by the DPS."

"3. The DPS shall in respect of door staff, only

use providers who are either accredited under

the Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) (or such

equivalent scheme as may apply in the future) or

have been deemed satisfactory at the discretion of

the Police licensing officer."

Council Licensing Team, Regulatory Services,

Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU:

Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm. Any

responsible authority or interested party

wishing to make a representation may do

so in writing to the above address by 12

August 2019. It is an offence to knowingly

or recklessly make a false statement in

connection with an application and the

maximum fine for which a person is liable on

summary conviction for the offence is level 5

on the standard scale - £5000.
