(Amendment No. *) Order 2019 The Waltham Forest (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. *) Order 2019
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest (the Council) proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be ten­ia) remove permit parking space within the following roads within the LSW CPZ and provide new lengths of waiting restrictions operating between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive instead to improve road safety by ensuring adequate sight lines for drivers at road junctions and at dropped kerb access to properties: Avebury Road, E11; Bulwer Road, E11; Chelmsford Road, E11; Clarendon Road, E11; Drayton Road, E11; Fairlop Road, E11; Fillebrook Road, E11; King's Road, E11; Kingswood Road, E11, between its junction with Gainsborough Road and the southern kerb-line of Wallwood Road; Queen's Road, E11; Southwest Road, E11; and Wallwood Road, E11, between its junction with Bulwer Road and the south-western kerb-line of Queen's Road.
(b) introduce or extend new permit holder parking places, or space into: Bulwer Road, E11; Cavendish Drive, E11; Chelmsford Road, E11; Clarendon Road, E11; Drayton Road, E11; Fillebrook Road, E11; Kingswood Road, E11, between its junction with Gainsborough Road and the southern kerb-line of Wallwood Road; Scarborough Road, E11; Southwest Road, E11; Wallwood Road, E11, between its junction with Bulwer Road and the south-western kerb-line of Queen's Road operating between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, into areas within these roads where it does not conflict with the reasons for removing parking in paragraph 2(a) above;

(c) vehicles displaying any valid permit displaying the letters LSW may use any of the new permit or revised parking places provided in the streets specified in paragraph 2(b) above;

3. a copy of each of the Orders, the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and plans showing the locations and effect of the Orders and measures can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders, at (a) The Information Desk, Town Hall, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17; and (b) The Reception Desk, London Borough of Waltham Forest, Low Hall, Argall Avenue, London, E10 7AS.

4. Any person desiring to object to the proposals or to make any other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to Traffic Orders, Neighbourhoods, Low Hall, Argall Avenue, London, E10 7AS quoting the scheme name T38(19) - LSW parking and no waiting amendments by the end of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
