(Coxes Farm Road, Great Burstead and South Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coxes Farm Road, Great Burstead and South Green in the District of Basildon, from a point approximately 540m south of its junction with Outwood Farm Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th July 2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0143202802 -Essex and Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.

An alternative route is available via Outwood Farm Road, Outwood Common Road, Southend Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 25th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse, in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Glebe Road to its junction with London Road, a distance of approximately 1020m.



2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.



"The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Basildon District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 28th July 2019 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2261136 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while new footway works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Church Road, Downham Road, School Road, Castledon Road, Grange Lane, London Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 25th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Barrow Hall Road, Barling Magna & Barrow Hall Road, Little Wakering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barrow Hall Road, Barling Magna and Barrow Hall Road, Little Wakering in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 120m east of the junction with Barling Road for a distance of approximately 1410m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence after 18th July 2019, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Barrow Hall Road, Little Wakering Road, Southend Road, Silchester Corner, Silchester Corner Roundabout, Barling Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 18th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.10)

Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force. "The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Basildon District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burstead Drive, Great Burstead and South Green in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Southend Road for a distance of approximately 15m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th August 2019 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000845333 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Southend Road, Tyrrells Road, The Redinge and vice versa.

(Southend Road, Mount Road & Wick Lane, Wickford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Southend Road, Wickford in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Wick Lane for a distance of approximately 115m in a westerly direction.



2. To temporarily close that length of Mount Road, Wickford in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Southend Road to its junction with Ivygate Close, a distance of approximately 100m.



3. To temporarily close that length of Wick Lane, Wickford in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Southend Road to its junction with St Davids Way, a distance of approximately 200m.



The closures are scheduled to commence on 19th August 2019 for 19 days (Southend Road, only closed 25th August 2019 and 1st September 2019 Sundays only), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2275713 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on
