Any Person wishing to submit representations to the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, giving in detail the grounds for the objection. Representations must be received no later than 15/08/2019. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.
