Notice of Cancellation pursuant to
section 5of the Act Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, this day cancelled the registration of Enfield Leisure Centres Limited (Register no. 28913 R)the registered office of which is at SouthburyLeisure Centre, 192 Southbury Road, ENFIELD, Middlesex, EN1 1YP.The grounds of thecancellation are that the societyhaswilfullyviolatedsection 89 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 by not submittingtothe Authority any annual returns acceptablefor filing since that submitted for the society's financial year ending 2005- 2017. The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of aregistered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
