NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 (hat any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of PAMELA GRACE SMURTHWAITE of Suite 1/8 Richmond Village Centre Stroud Road Painswick Gloucestershire GL6 6UL who died on the 5th day of March 2019 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to Messrs Brand Mellon Solicitors whose address is 10 Church Street, Charlton ICings, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL53 8AR, Solicitors for the Executors, not later than 25th September 2019 after which date the person representatives will distribute the estate amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests in which they have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice
