NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF OPEN SPACE LAND AT
WINDYRIDGE, BISLEY, STROUD GL6 7DA
Stroud District Council plans to dispose of an area of open space at Windyridge to Bisley Parish Council to expand the existing adjoining play area. Before doing this and to give time for objections to the proposed disposal, the Council gives this public notice in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972 section 123(2A).
The land is approximately 90 square metres (0.022acres) and is an open, level, grassed area next to the public highway and forms a small corner site at Windyridge, Bisley, Stroud GL6 7DA.
A plan of the land can be inspected at Reception, Stroud District Council, Ebley Mill, Ebley Wharf, Stroud GL5 4UB during normal office hours (Mon-Thurs 8.45am-5.00pm and Fri 8.45am-4.30pm). The notice and plan will be published on the Council's website at
