Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Eynsham, Freeland Road Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 5 August 2019 Coming into force: 12 August 2019 This Order is being introduced because of water mains pipe renewal works which are anticipated to be completed on 6 September 2019.
The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the Freeland Road north of the A40. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Wroslyn Road - A4095 Witney Road-Jubilee Way - B4022 Oxford Hill -A40 and vice versa. For A4095 Witney Road eastbound traffic follow diversion to Church Road Roundabout and return down A4095 Witney Road to pick up diversion. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner (Ref: T6661/RAG)_

Stanton Harcourt - Main Road Prohibition of Through Traffic
Date ofOrder: 22 July2019
Coming into force: 27 July 2019 This Order is being introduced because of installation of new sewer main which are anticipated to take 4 weeks to complete. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in a section of Main Road, Stanton Harcourt near to Steady's Lane.
Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force.
Exemptions are included for police, fire and ambulance
services and for the works and for access to premises which
are only accessible from the closed section of road.
The alternative route for traffic affected by the closure is
via Standlake and Hardwick - B4449 - Standlake Road A415
- Abingdon Road A415 - un-named road - Standlake Road -
un-named road -Main Road and visa versa.
This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of
18 months or until the works have been completed whichever

Date ofOrder: 22 July2019 Coming intoforce: 29 July2019 This Order is being introduced because of drainage works which are anticipated to be completed on 9 August 2019. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the whole length of Well Hill Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via School Road - B4022 - High Street and vice versa. Prohibition of Through Traffic
Date of Order: 5 August 2019 Coming into force: 12 August 2019 This Order is being introduced because of a new sewer connection which is anticipated to take 12 days to complete. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the section of A4095 Station Road north of New Road. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Station Road (A4095) - Carterton Road - Upavon Way - B4477 - B4020 -Main Road - Station Road (B4020) - Bampton Road - Station Road (A4095) and vice-versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref: T6799/MR)

DateofOrder: 5August2019 Coming into force: 8 August 2019 This Order is being introduced because of underground cable works which are anticipated to take 10 days to complete. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the whole length of the Road through Lidstone. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via the road through Lidstone -A44- Lidstone Road and vice-versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
