Tokyo Industries (Lincoln York Hull) Ltd hereby give notice that we have applied to City of York Council under the provisions above to renew the licence for Black Orchid, 3-5 Toft Green, York, YO1 6JT as a sex entertainment venue. Any person wishing to make objections to the application should make it in writing to City of York Council, Licensing Section, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS. Any objection must be received by City of York Council no later than 15th August 2019 being a 28 day period from the date of the application.
