Notice is here given that Buzz Group Limited has applied to Wandsworth Council Licensing Authority for a variation of its Premises Licence pursuant to S.34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for Buzz Bingo, 50 Mitcham Road, London, SWI7 9NA under the Licensing Act 2003. This application is for approval of amended premises licence plans as part of a refurbishment including; an extension of the slots area at ground and first floor level, incorporation of lounge/balcony seating area at first and mezzanine floor and reconfiguration of the smoking area. Any person who wishes to raise a representation/submit comments to this application may do so by giving notice in writing to the Licensing Authority, Wandsworth Council, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX giving in detail grounds of representation/objection on or before 8th August 2019. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is a fine not exceeding £5,000.
