(DUNELM STABLES. THORNLEY) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2019
The Council on 11/7/2019 made the above Order under Sections 84 & 87 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. Effective from 18/7/2019 this Order will replace the existing 30mph speed limit with a 20mph speed limit at Dunelm Stables from its junction with Dunelm Rd (side) in a generally southerly direction for its entire length. Full details can be examined at Thornley library & County Hall, Durham during normal opening hours or via the Council website. If you believe this Order is invalid because it does not comply with the legal requirements, you can apply to the High Court by 30/8/2019.
