M25 MOTORWAY (JUNCTIONS 13 TO 16) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS
Notice is hereby given that Highways England Company Limited intends to make an Order on the M25 Motorway in the Counties of Surrey and Buckinghamshire, the Unitary Authority of Slough and Windsor & Maidenhead, and the London Borough of Hillingdon, under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 because works are proposed to be executed on the road.
The effect of the Order would be to authorise the phased overnight closure of:-
1. the clockwise carriageway of the M25 between Junction 13 and Junction 15;

2. the anti-clockwise carriageway of the M25 between Junction 16 and Junction 15;

3. all slip roads leading to and from the lengths of carriageway described in 1. and 2. above;

4. the link road connecting the clockwise carriageway of the M25 to the eastbound carriageway of the M25 Heathrow Spur Road at Junction 14 (A3113); and

5. the slip road leading to the Junction 14 roundabout from the link road described in 3. above.

These measures would be in the interests of road safety while contractors undertake carriageway works, bridge works, surveys and inspections, barrier works, trials and monitoring, highways maintenance works and all associated works.
The work forms part of a programme of work that would last for approximately 18 months starting on or after Monday 12th August 2019. The overnight closures would take place between (maximum period):
Monday-Thursdays 22:00-05:30
Fridays 23:00-06:00
Saturdays 22:00 - 06:00
Sundays 22:30 - 05:30

The Order would come into force on 10th August 2019 and have a maximum duration of eighteen months. Traffic affected by the closures would be diverted via other junctions of the M25 or by
using the M3, M4, M40, A4, A30, A308 and
the A412. The diversion route would vary depending on the closure in force. The temporary closures and diversion routes would be clearly indicated by traffic signs when they are in operation during the works period.
