LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AND HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton made the following propose Orders on 15 July 2019 under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended -

(a) The Sutton (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. 14) Order 2019; and

(b) The Sutton (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 14) Order 2019.

2. The general effect of the Orders will introduce in London Road, Hackbridge outside the new Hackbridge Primary School development site:-

(a) 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions double yellow lines and kerb markings; and

(b) 'at any time' school keep clear markings.

3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 22 July 2019 and of the Orders that will be revoked or amended by these Orders, the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders and plans showing the locations and the effects of the Orders may be inspected at the Council's Environment, Housing and Regeneration Offices at 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday to Friday.

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984 or of any instrument made under the said Act of 1984 has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton made the following Orders on 15 July 2019 under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984', as amended -

(a) The Sutton (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. 13) Order 2019; and

(b) The Sutton (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 13) Order 2019.

2. The general effect of the Orders will introduce in Central Road, Worcester Park the following:-

(a) Disabled Persons Parking Places operating 'at any time' located outside Harcros House, and Nos. 129 and 131;

(b) Free Parking Places operating Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6.30pm 30 minutes No return within 1 hour located outside Nos. 68 to 74 and Nos 160 to 164;

(c) Dual Use Goods Loading Places and Free Parking Places operating Monday to Saturday. Goods Vehicle Loading is allowed between 8am to 12.30pm and are for the use of vehicles that are being continually loaded or unloaded for periods of up to 30 minutes, no return within 1 hour. Free Parking is allowed between 12.30pm to 6.30pm for periods of up to 30 minutes,

no return within 1 hour located outside Nos. 76 to 86, Nos. 107 to 111, Nos. 124 and 126, Nos. 155 and 157; and Nos. 158 and 160; and
(d) Double Yellow Lines and Kerb Markings Waiting and Loading Restrictions operating 'at any time' located outside No. 33 either side of the bus stop, Nos. 65 to 69, Nos. 74 and 76, Nos. 99 to 107 Nos. 106 to 110, Nos. 113 to 115, Nos. 128 to 136, Nos. 131 to 137, Nos. 156 and 158, and Nos 168 to 182.

3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 22 July 2019 and of the Orders that will be revoked or amended by these Orders, the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders and plans showing the locations and the effects of the Orders may be inspected at the Council's Environment, Housing and Regeneration Offices at 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday to Friday.

(a) The Sutton (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. 12) Order 2019; and

(b) The Sutton (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 12) Order 2019.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to introduce two Disabled Persons Parking Places in Alcester Road outside Ludlow Lodge.

3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 29 July 2019 and of the Orders that will be revoked or amended by these Orders, the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders and plans showing the locations and the effects of the Orders may be inspected at the Council's Environment, Housing and Regeneration Offices at 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday to Friday.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton propose to make the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841, as amended -

(a) The Sutton (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. *) Order 201*; and

(b) The Sutton (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. *) Order 201*.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:-

(a) in Kingsmead Avenue, Worcester Park outside Nos. 92 to 118 introduce single yellow line waiting restrictions operating between '7am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive'; and

(b) amend the map-based tiles to the schedule attached to the Sutton (Charged-For Parking Places) Order 2017 and to the Sutton (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) Order 2017 so as to more accurately represent the existing layout to match conditions as they exist on site.

Note: there will be no change to the restrictions as currently marked and signed on-street as a result of this amendment.
3. Copies of the proposed Orders, of the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders and plans showing the locations and the effects of the proposals may be inspected at the Council's Environment, Housing and Regeneration Offices at 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.

5. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of London Borough of Sutton, as part of this proposal, and by the powers conferred under section 15 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1974 is resolving removal of the footway parking exemption from the following locations:-

Culvers Avenue outside Nos. 16, 18 and 20; Gomshall Avenue opposite Nos. 4 and 6; and Hexham Road outside No. 20.

LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1)
LINCOLN ROAD AND LONGFELLOW ROAD, WORCESTER PARK
1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice that in order to facilitate water connections to a new development and because these works are being executed on or near the carriageway it made an Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.

2. The Order will come into effect on Wednesday 24 July 2019 with works expected to take 1 week to complete. However, the Order will remain in force for 3 months to be re-introduced should further works be required.

3. Whilst the works are taking place and the appropriate traffic signs are displayed the Order will temporarily in the following roads:-

- Lincoln Road:-

o prohibit all vehicular traffic including pedal cycles from entering or exiting at its junction with Longfellow Road;
o introduce waiting restrictions - 'no waiting at any time' and loading restrictions - 'no loading at any time' (including suspension of parking bays).on both sides between its junction with Longfellow Road and Edge Court; and
-  Longfellow Road:-

o introduce waiting restrictions - 'no waiting at any time' and loading restrictions - 'no loading at any time' (including suspension of parking bays).outside Nos. 155- 179 (odds); and outside Nos.178 - 202 (evens).
4. An alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via Longfellow Road, Green Lane and vice versa.

5. Any vehicle that is in contravention of the temporary waiting & loading restrictions at a time when these restrictions apply will be removed to an alternative location in accordance with the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986

6. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) GREEN WRYTHE LANE AND WRYTHE GREEN ROAD
1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton with the agreement of Transport for London hereby gives notice that in order to facilitate gas main replacement works and because these works are being executed on or near the carriageway it made an Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.

2. The Order will come into effect on Monday 22 July 2019 with works expected to take 4 weeks to complete. However, the Order will remain in force for 3 months to be re-introduced should further works be required.

3. Whilst the works are taking place and the appropriate traffic signs are displayed the Order will temporarily in the following roads introduce:-

- Green Wrythe Lane:-

o waiting restrictions 'no waiting at any time' and loading restrictions 'no loading at any time'.(including suspension of footway parking bays); and between its junctions with William Road and Wrythe Green Road
o ban the right turn onto Wrythe Green Road.
- Wrythe Green Road:-

o close the north-east bound lane between its junctions with Wrythe Green and Green Wrythe Lane.
4. An alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via:-

- Wrythe Green Road, Wrythe Green, William Road and Green Wrythe Lane; and

- Green Wrythe Lane, North Street, Pound Street and West Street.

5. Any vehicle that is in contravention of the temporary waiting & loading restrictions at a time when these restrictions apply will be removed to an alternative location in accordance with the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986

6. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed
