CROYDON COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
BATES CRESCENT, CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to re-lay a service pipe on behalf of Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Bates Crescent.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Bates Crescent will be closed outside No. 8.

3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion route for traffic will be via Bates Crescent as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 05 August 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a valve in the carriageway, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic Carlton Avenue.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Carlton Avenue will be closed outside No. 28 Carlton Avenue, at its junction with Carlton Road.

3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion routes for traffic will be via Carlton Road, Selsdon Road, and Carlton Avenue or via Carlton Road, Essenden Road, Sandhurst Road, West Hill, Selsdon Road, and Carlton Avenue, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 22 July 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within three days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

ALDERTON ROAD AND HERMITAGE LANE, CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a sewer connection, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Alderton Road and Hermitage Lane, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, 'at any time' temporary waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced at the junctions of Alderton Road and Hermitage Lane.

3. The Order will come into operation on 19 July 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 16 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. The restriction will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO PARKING PERMITS IN THE EXISTING NORTH ZONE
The Croydon (North) (N2 Parking Places) (No.K17) Traffic Order 20-
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council propose to make the above Traffic Order under Sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to include the roads listed in the Schedule to this Notice, which are within the existing North controlled parking permit zone, in the new N2 parking permit zone, in order to rationalise zone boundaries. The new N2 permit zone is adjacent to and will be operational during the same hours and days as the existing controls in these streets (from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday). The new zone is proposed to come into force on 14 October 2019. Residents and businesses in the roads listed in the Schedule to this Notice would be issued new permits for the N2 zone.

3. Copies of the proposed Order and of all related Orders, of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and of the plan which indicates the area to which the Order relates, can be inspected between 9am and 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Order was made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make

the Order, at the Enquiry Counter, 'Access Croydon' Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1 EA.
