Notice of Cancellation pursuant to section 5 of the Act Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, this day cancelled the registration of Alderman Sheldrake Eventide Homes Association Limited (Register no. 16214 R)the registered office of which is at Prospect House, 2 Athenaeum Road, LONDON, N20 9YU. The grounds of the cancellation are that thesociety haswilfully violated section89of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 by not submittingtothe Authority any annual returns acceptablefor filing since that submitted for the society's financial year ending 2004 - 2017. The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of aregistered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
