Notice of application for premises licence Notice is given that I Shahin Hosseini have on 28th of June 2019 applied to Craven district council as the licensing authority for a premises licence, late night refreshment for Viyana takeaway of 3 Sackville street, Skipton, BD232PB for the sale of hot food on and off the premises between the hours of 23:00 to 04:00 Monday to Sunday and our opening hours are Monday to Sunday between the hours of 15:00 to 04:00. Anyone wishes to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: Craven district council, licensing section address: 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ. Representations in respect of this application must reach the licensing authority by 6th of August 2019. Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of this application may do so by attending the office of the licensing section during office hours Monday to Friday inclusive. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, The maximum fine for which on summary conviction s £5000.00.
