Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Dayhouse Bank, Romsley) (40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2000 (Revocation) and (Dayhouse Bank and Old House Lane, Romsley) (30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2019. On 4July 2019 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to reduce the speed limit to 30 mph speed limit on the following length of road in Romsley:-
Dayhouse Bank and Old House Lane from its junction with B4511 Bromsgrove Road for a distance of 600 metres in a north easterly direction to its junction with Newtown Lane.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 25 July 2019.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, B61 8DA and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
