DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL NEWLANDS ROAD, DARLINGTON (ROAD CLOSURE), ORDER 2019

Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:

NEWLANDS ROAD

From its junction with Willow Road northwards for 40metres

An alternative route will be signed via Brinkburn Road, Westlands Road, Willow Road and vice versa.

The Order is necessary to allow sewer repair works.

The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 29th July 2019, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 2 weeks.
