Helen Elizabeth Craggs, Abbey Stores & Tearoom, Rosedale Abbey, Pickering, YO18 8SA. Application has been made on the 12th July 2019 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1. The supply of alcohol (on and off sales) each day between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00. 2. The premises is to be open to the public each day between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above i.e. by the 9th August 2019. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
