Application has been made on the 12th July 2019 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows :-.The supply of alcohol Monday to Sunday between the hours of 10:00 and 00:00 and Sunday. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
