that in a Petition presented by Linda Green to the sheriff at Livingston craving the Court to order the name of MMG Contract Packing Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registration number SC436554 and having its registered office at 5/7 Youngs Road, East Mains Industrial Estate, Broxburn, West Lothian, EH52 5LY to be restored to the register of companies, the sheriff by First Deliverance dated 8th July 2019 inter alia ordered any party claiming an interest, if so advised, to lodge answers within 8 days of such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
