CHURCH STREET, WESTHOUGHTON - TEMPORARY CLOSURE

The Council has made an order, operative from 22 July 2019 for 2 weeks approx, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Church Street, from Manchester Rd to Market St to enable resurfacing works to take place. Alternative route will be via Bolton Rd. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
