THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF LOVE LANE, ABBOTS LANGLEY) ORDER 2019
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Love Lane, Abbots Langley from its junction with Bedmond Road north eastwards and south eastwards for its entire length ("the Road"), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because electrical works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 15 July 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
Acopy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of
9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Merry Hill Road, Bushey from its junction with Egerton Close north westwards to its junction with Haydon Dell ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 208 metres. An alternative route will be via Merry Hill Road, Victoria Road, Rosebeiy Road, School Lane, A411 (High Street/London Road) and Merry Hill Road.
The Order is needed because sewer cleaning works are proposed to be executed on or near
the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 29 July 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length
of Loudwater Lane, Loudwater from its junction with A404 Chorleywood Road north eastwards,
south eastwards and north westwards to its junction with Sarratt Lane ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 1027 metres, except for access.
An alternative route will be viaA404 Chorleywood Road, A412 (Park Road/Scots Hill), The Green
and Loudwater Lane.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at anytime on both sides of this length of
the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and public bridleway ("the Public Bridleway") will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of Roads:-
a) that length of Gartlet Road, Watford from its junction with Clarendon Road eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Estcourt Road, adistance of approximately 154 metres. An alternative route will be via Clarendon Road, St Johns Road and Estcourt Road.
b) that length of Ottoman Terrace, Watfordfrom its junction with EburyRoad south westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
c) that length of Tolpits Close,Watfordfrom its junction with A4145 Tolpits Lane north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out .However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
d) that length of Terrace Gardens, Watford from its junction with A412 St Albans Road north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
e) that length of Rother Close, Watford from its junction with Severn Waysouth eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
f) that length of Bedford Street, Watford from its junction with A412 St Albans Road north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
g) that length of Bucknalls Lane, Garston from its junction with Lemonfield Drive north eastwards for a distance of approximately 90 metres.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
h) that length of Brett Place, Watford from its northernmost junction with The Harebreaks south westwards, south eastwards and north eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
i) that length of Chester Road, Watford from its junction with Harwoods Road north eastwards to its junction with Durban Road East, adistance of approximately 245 metres.
An alternative route will be via Harwoods Road, Whippendell Road and Durban Road East.
2. To prohibit all pedestrians, pedal cycles and equestrian users from using St Stephen Public Bridleway No.008 from its junction with Bucknalls Lane north eastwards and south eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for pedestrians, pedal cycles and equestrian users when
the works are being carried out. However pedestrian, pedal cycleand equestrian user access
to properties along this Public Bridleway will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
3. The existing one way traffic system on Gartlet Road, Watfordfrom its junction with Clarendon Road eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Estcourt Road, adistance of approximately 154 metres, will be temporarily suspended to enable all vehicles to travel in both directions within this length of road, whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads and
Public Bridleway.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 29 July 2019 for aperiod of up to 6months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or
near the Roads and Public Bridleway.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of SalisburyRoad, Watford from its junction with BradshawRoad north westwards to its junction with A412 St Albans Road, adistance of approximately 165 metres, except for access.
An alternative route will be via BradshawRoad, Yarmouth Road and A412 St Albans Road.
2. The existing one way traffic system on Yarmouth Road, Watford from its junction with A412 St Albans Road south eastwards to its junction with BradshawRoad, adistance of approximately 171 metres will be temporarily suspended to enable all vehicles to travel in both directions within this length of road, whilst works are in progress.

1. that length of Wayside Avenue, Bushey from its northernmost junction with Little Bushey Lane north eastwards, south eastwards and south westwards to its southernmost junction with Little Bushey Lane, a distance of approximately 450 metres. An alternative route will be via Little Bushey Lane.
2. that length of Station Road, Borehamwood from its junction with B5378 Allum Lane south eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
3. that length of B5378 London Road, Shenley from its junction with B5378 Black Lion Hill south eastwards to its junction with B5378 Woodhall Lane, adistance of approximately 904 metres.
An alternative route will be via B5378 (Black Lion Hill/Shenleybury/Shenley Lane), A414 North Orbital Road, A5183 (Watling Street/Frogmore/Radlett Road/Watling Street/Cobden Hill/Watling Street) and B5378 (Allum Lane/Shenley Road/Cowley Hill/Green Street/Woodhall Lane). The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 15 July 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. 3. thatlength of George Street, Watfordfromits junction with King Street north westwards to its junction with Church Street, adistance of approximately 85 metres.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
4. that length of St Marys Road, Watford from its junction with A4178 Merton Road north eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
