THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Daws Hill Lane/Marlow Hill), (High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from turning left from the slip road from Daws Hill Lane onto Marlow Hill and no right turn from Marlow Hill onto Daws Hill Lane. Traffic Lights and lane closures to be used as atemporary measure. The closure is required whilst Improvement works to the junction of Daws Hill Lane/Marlow Hill take place commencing on 20 August 2019 between 20:00hrs and 06:00hrs. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 August 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 05 July 2019
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Ilmer Lane, Ilmer in the Parish of Longwick-cum-Ilmer CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Ilmer Lane for adistance of approximately 40 metres by the railway bridge. The closure is required whilst bridge repairs take place commencing on 22 July 2019 between 09:00 and 17:00 with access to residents only. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 July 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Pednor Road, Chesham in the Parish of Chartridge CP) (Temporary Prohibition ofThrough Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Pednor Road from Wych Elm Farm to Great Friars Hill for approximately 600m. Alternative route: Pednor Road, Drydell Lane, Hollow Way, Pednor Top, Pednor Bottom To Pednor Top, Pednor Bottom. The closure is required whilst Installation of 4new BT poles take place commencing on 26 July 2019 between 08:30 and 16:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 26 July 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Chesham Road, Wiggington Road, Cholesbury Lane, Hawridge Hill. The closure is required whilst electricity mains cable laying take place commencing on 29 July 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 29 July 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Lower Icknield Way, Thame Road, Longwick Road, Aylesbury Road, New Road, Horns Lane, Bell Street, Wycombe Road, Station Road. The closure is required whilst Bridge inspections take place for Network Rail commencing on 28 July 2019 between 08:00 and 14:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 July 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire County Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Cressex Road Between New Road and Marlow Road Junction, High Wycombe) (7.5 Tonnes Weight Restriction) Order, 2019 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 2July2019 and its
provisions shall come into effect on 13 July 2019. The effect of the Order is to introduce 7.5 Tonnes weight restrictions in Cressex Road between, New Road and Marlow Road junction, High Wycombe.
Acopyofthe Order and Plan showing the lengths of road affected, together with acopy of the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury. Further details are also available on the Buckinghamshire County Council web site under current consultations.
If you believe the Order is invalid because it does not comply with the legal requirements, you can apply to the High Court within 6weeks ofthe date ofpublication ofthis Notice challenging the validity of the Order or any provision contained within it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or any instrument made thereunder.

The effect of the Order is to introduce various traffic restrictions in Cressex Road, Coronation Road and Cressex Link Road High Wycombe.
